Venice, one of the world’s most iconic city, lives through light and reflections. Every sunset over the lagoon paints the sky, creating the perfect backdrop like a work of art and filling the eyes of its visitors with wonder. Hotel Londra Palace is one of the front-row spectators enjoying this show. The Londra Palace building shines with a scenographic but never excessive elegance, capable of transforming every detail into a precious fragment.
To convey this unique spirit, we selected fabrics suited to representing the Venetian tradition, reinterpreted with a contemporary perspective. Damasks take center stage, but lightened and reimagined in a modern key, preserving refinement without slipping into baroque. The chosen tones – powder pink and pearl gray – work toghter to reveal delicacy and brightness, like the facades of palaces reflected in the water at sunset. The result is a sober and sophisticated palette that carries the authentic identity of the city.
The uniforms of Londra Palace were crafted with clean tailoring lines and couture details that elevate the overall image. Modern silhouettes, structured jackets, and tailored fits bring to life garments that combine functionality and style, while decorative inserts and lapels in precious fabrics become distinctive touches gifting them of an almost haute couture feel. The goal was to create a wardrobe capable of reflecting the balance between the solemnity of the lagoon city and the modernity of international hospitality.
This project left us with the deep memory of an intimate and luminous Venice, where tradition and modernity meet in an elegant dialogue. The uniforms created by Maurel captured the style of this iconic city making the experience at the Hotel Londra Palace unforgettable for its guests.
